Adaptations’ Transitions™ Program was developed to provide our transferees/assignees, and their family members, with a comprehensive support program. Transitions™ was specifically designed to address the many transitional needs associated with a domestic and/or international relocation. The program is designed to help relocating families prepare upfront for the differences in social, cultural, educational and real estate practices. This is done with a focus on helping the family effectively navigate their way and learn to embrace the changes. Key items of assistance provided include:

Pre-arrival consultation(s)

Assistance with the scheduling of activities associated with a preview trip

Arrangements for airport pick-up

City familiarization tour

Customized resource information package

Community orientation briefing

Banking assistance

Temporary housing assistance

Assistance with long term housing needs

Assistance with establishing utilities

Schooling assistance

Assistance in applying for a Social Security number (as applicable)

Assistance in securing a Texas driver’s license

Assistance with auto registration (as applicable)

Ongoing setting-in support

To complement the Transitions™ Program, Adaptations also offer Personal Transitions™, a program designed to offer additional assistance to the transferee and/or family member that may require more one-on-one support, or resource assistance beyond our normal program parameters.

While Transitions™ and Personal Transitions™ have been designed to offer an all-inclusive approach to destination support services, we realize that our clients may also have the need for customized programs based upon unique situations, and/or special employee needs. We are always happy to accommodate such requests.
