Our experienced consultants are available to work one on one with your candidate and family to help them resolve any concerns/issues and embrace the opportunity to relocate to Houston. We will visit with the candidate pre-arrival and establish a “needs profile”. This profile will be used to develop a family specific resource package and schedule of activities. This ensures that the candidate can make the most of their visit.
Activities may include a city familiarization tour; visits to specific communities; housing previews; school visits; a combination of these activities; or simply a community orientation briefing to discuss the practical aspects of making a move to Houston and associated family specific concerns and/or needs.
At Adaptations, we know that our job doesn’t end when the candidate boards their plane to return home. We provide regular follow-up with the candidate, encouraging he/she and their spouse, as applicable, to use us as their personal resource during their decision making process.
The result: While you are working on the candidate’s professional career path, we’ll be working to ensure that he/she has everything that they need to get off to a productive start.
